The Domaine Jean-Jacques Confuron is a small Burgundy family business located in Premeaux. The estate is managed by Sophie Confuron and Alain Meunier, who take care of the 8 hectares of vineyards with passion and careful craftsmanship, producing wines of excellent quality, which very well represent a terroir of absolute excellence. The principles of biological agriculture and biodynamic practices are used.
This wine is made with pinot noir, is an exaltation of red fruit and fresh to the nose with a slight touch of spices and reminders of marzipan. The palate is broad, with good structure and intensity. A very seductive and evocative red of great care.
