SECURE PACKAGING

When using GLS, for safety and minimum environmental impact, our shipments use either EWSP or Nakpack boxes. Both boxes are specially designed and built for wine shipment, including rough handling and falls. The boxes are made entirely of cardboard, and for this reason they are totally recyclable, protect the environment, guaranteeing a better future for our planet, while maintaining very high protection for your bottles. Shipping fees include the cost of the boxes.

When using Mail boxes, Etc., they provide certified packaging for your shipment. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Once the payment has been received and the shipping details have been verified, Da Pasquale Lucca will ship the products to the address indicated at the time of check-out. Order processing usually takes one day (Monday to Friday). In some cases, additional time may be required (for example if the ordered goods are in a warehouse or if unforeseen events occur).

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries in Italy in 3-5 working days by GLS . In small towns and islands, deliveries take 4-6 business days.

Delivery in Europe, but outside of Italy in 7-9 working days by GLS .

Delivery to the USA in 15-20 working days by Mail boxes, Etc.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link to follow each stage of the shipment.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 to 18:00. We advise you to indicate an address where someone is always present, for example a concierge, an office or a trusted shop. If there is a delay in delivery, you can contact us within 30 days of the order date so that we can carry out the necessary checks with the courier.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the case of a partial delivery, report the anomaly by writing the word "RESERVE" on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign. Inform our customer service as soon as possible of any irregularity, using our contact page or by sending a message to online@dapasquale-lucca.com with the details of your order, attaching photos of the damage or tampering with the package.

SPECIAL ORDER MANAGEMENT FROM LUCCA ITALY

For orders within 3 kilometers of Lucca, local delivery can be selected. This is a free service and your wine will usually be delivered within 3 working days. You will receive an email with the expected day and time of delivery.

You can select local pickup for those who can travel to Da Pasquale Lucca in via del Moro, 8 in Lucca. You will receive an email with the pick-up days and times. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Cards are delivered via email and do not count towards the minimum order threshold for free shipping.
