The Barolo di Serralunga Ettore Germano is perfect for those who want to know the authentic and traditional face of this great Piedmontese red. Produced with an assembly of different crus and aged in large wood, it expresses great balance and elegance. In the glass it has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens on delicate floral aromas of violets, aromas of small berries, ripe cherries, licorice root and soft spicy hints. On the palate it has a good structure, with a tannic texture well integrated with the body of the wine, rich and complex aromas and a fresh, harmonious and very persistent finish.
