The Brunello di Montalcino from the Cerbaiona winery is an important and complex red wine, vinified in concrete vats and aged in large barrels for 36 months. The nose is deep and shady, with undergrowth tones, red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is rich and intense, austere and robust, supported by good freshness and consistent tannins.
In the glass with an intense garnet red colour. The nose reveals complex and stratified aromas, with notes that recall red fruit, aromas of undergrowth and nuances of sweet spices. On the palate it reveals its power and elegance, supported by a good freshness and a dense tannic texture.
