Perched above the Barolo region, between Grinzane Cavour and Diano D'Alba, is the picturesque Agnelli Viassone vineyard. Here the soil is rich in limestone marl, which gives the soil unique qualities. It was the charm of this distinctive terroir that inspired Alessia and Daniele Viassone to found their winery in 2020.

Their vision is clear: producing authentic and meaningful wines, each bottle embodies the narrations and nuances of the earth itself. With a commitment to minimize environmental impact, they tread lightly on the ground, employing limited mechanization to maintain soil integrity and promote the penetration of deep rain. Embracing a practical approach, they personally supervise each stage of growth and maturation, ensuring a quick response to the needs of the vine through manual work.

This is a Nebbiolo from the border of the Barolo area, the grapes come from the vineyard adjacent to the winery with exposure to the west.
To the eyes: ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose: red fruit such as strawberry and blackberry; balsamic notes, licorice root, mint and fresh flowers to finish mineral hints and orange peel
On the palate: intense with notes of red fruit, vanilla and bitter orange, enveloping and savory tannins.
