This exceptional olive oil boasts a striking aroma profile featuring notes of artichoke, cardoon, and green almond, with subtle hints of cherry blossom. The palate is complex and assertive, characterized by a spicy undertone and a high concentration of polyphenols. It pairs exceptionally well with lightly grilled red meats and robust cheeses, and is particularly complementary to mushrooms, especially porcini.
