The Renzo Baldacci DOP Lucca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is one of the best olive oils in the province of Lucca and throughout Italy. It is obtained from Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo olives and has a low acidity of 0.18%. This olive oil is classified as Superiore.
Crystalline with an emerald green hue, this olive oil features an intense aromatic bouquet of green apple, kiwi, hazelnut, pistachio, sage, eggplant peel, and straw. The palate is smooth yet persistent, marked by a pronounced bitterness and lively spiciness. The clean finish reveals subtle notes of walnut, celery, and artichoke leaf.
