Paleo Rosso is a robust and intense wine, an elegant expression of Cabernet Franc from Tuscany, aged for 14 months in small barrels. Wild berries, licorice, balsamic herbs and pepper are combined with mineral nuances of flint in a wide olfactory range. The sip is important and structured, warm, taut and dynamic.
