The Pergolaia di Caiarossa is a full-bodied and intense red wine that comes mainly from Sangiovese grapes, fermented in cement with only indigenous yeasts and left to age for 12-14 months in old tonneaux and another 10 months partly in cement and partly in barrels 25 hectoliters. The result is a red with a rich and complex bouquet where ripe red fruits alternate with coffee and black pepper, with a sip of great progression and a warm and persuasive finish. Biodynamic, Organic wine, made as it once was with artisanal methods.
