Shipping Policy

This document is intended to inform users about the terms, conditions, and procedures related to the shipping of orders placed through this website.

Da Pasquale S.R.L ships both within Italy and internationally. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure, in advance, that the importation and receipt of alcoholic beverages is permitted under the laws of the destination country. The seller assumes no liability for customs delays, rejections, or confiscations due to local regulatory restrictions.

Non-EU orders: customs duties and import taxes not included (payable by recipient).

Orders are typically processed within two to three business days following payment confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, time of year, product availability, and any applicable customs inspections. All delivery timeframes are purely indicative and shall not constitute binding commitments or grounds for compensation claims by the purchaser.

Goods are entrusted to carefully selected third-party couriers. The risk associated with transportation passes to the buyer at the moment the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. The seller cannot be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses occurring during transport, except in cases covered by applicable insurance, where available. Upon delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the condition of the packaging and its contents. Any irregularities must be reported to customer service without delay and in any case within 24 hours of receipt.

The sale of wine and other alcoholic products is strictly reserved for individuals who have reached the legal drinking age as defined by the applicable laws of their country of residence. By placing an order, the user declares under their own responsibility to be of legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. In the event of doubt or suspicion, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refuse delivery.

If a delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer—such as providing an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package—any costs related to storage, re-delivery, or return will be charged to the customer. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to withhold the related expenses before issuing any potential refund.

Finally, the seller shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling contractual obligations due to force majeure events, including—but not limited to—natural disasters, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, strikes, armed conflicts, customs restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
