
The story
Pasquale was born in the province of Avellino, in a family of home wine producers. The love for grapes and conviviality has been rooted in him since childhood, before moving to Switzerland with his parents when he was just nine months old. His studies in hotel schools and experiences in starred hotel restaurants led him to specialize in the art of hospitality, while the discovery of prestigious labels enriches the passion inherited from his grandparents.

After 25 years on cruise ships, 19 of which as head sommelier on Crystal Cruises, the next stop was Lucca, a city that won him over with its charm. Since 2011, the year the first restaurant opened, the desire to offer a unique experience based on conviviality, excellent food and great wines has grown stronger, until the new restaurant was opened in 2025. Today Pasquale remains the pillar of this gastronomic adventure: a specialist who loves to talk about wine, but above all a host who gives a smile to anyone who sits at the table.
