White Goose - Colle di Bordocheo 2022

Produced by the Colle di Bordocheo winery, located in the heart of the Lucca area, the 2022 Bianco dell'Oca is an elegant Tuscan blend that combines the structure of Chardonnay with the freshness of Vermentino, with small additions of Sauvignon. With an alcohol content of 13%, the Chardonnay ages for approximately eight months in barriques, while the Vermentino and Sauvignon in stainless steel. It offers an intense bouquet of exotic fruit, floral notes, and a balsamic touch. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, with a long finish. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
