The Chianti Classico Riserva "Le Baroncole" 2021 by San Giusto a Rentennano is an organic wine obtained from carefully selected Sangiovese (97%) and Canaiolo (3%) grapes. Fermentation and maceration take place in concrete and steel tanks for approximately 18-20 days. Subsequently, the wine ages in French oak barrels and vats for a period varying between 16 and 20 months, followed by bottle aging for approximately 6 months. It has an intense ruby ​​red color and offers aromas of dark fruit, flowers and spices on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, with good persistence and body.
