Gavi Palladino 2024

The Palladino winery, a family-run business that has expressed the spirit of Serralunga d'Alba for four generations, produces this 2024 Gavi from 100% Cortese grapes. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, the wine ages in stainless steel to preserve its varietal characteristics. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and a mineral touch. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity and a smooth finish.
