Le Chiuse winery, a family-run business deeply rooted in the history of Brunello, produces this 2023 Rosso di Montalcino with the same care and attention reserved for Brunello. With an alcohol content of 14%, the wine ages for approximately 12 months in large oak barrels. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of red fruits, cherries, and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with soft tannins and a pleasantly persistent finish. It pairs perfectly with pasta dishes, cured meats, and red meats.
