Nebbiolo D'alba 2022 Palladino

Palladino's Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC 2022 is a red wine obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on calcareous soils facing south-east, at 330 meters above sea level, with simple Guyot training and a yield of 9,000 kg/ha. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in cement tanks, followed by aging for 12 months in large French and Slavonian oak barrels. It has a ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections; on the nose it offers harmonious notes of violet and raspberry. On the palate it is structured and savory, with fine tannins and excellent persistence.
