Le Pergole Torte 2016 by Montevertine is a symbolic wine obtained exclusively from Sangiovese. The grapes come from historic vineyards, ferment in cement and mature 12 months in Allier barriques and 12 months in Slavonian barrels. Bright ruby ​​red in color, the nose offers notes of black fruits, spices, red flowers and graphite.
