Querciabella Chianti Classico 2020

Querciabella Chianti Classico 2020 is an organic and vegan red wine, made with Sangiovese grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Greve, Radda and Gaiole in Chianti. After a natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts, it ages for approximately 14 months in fine-grained French oak barriques. It has a bright ruby ​​red color and offers aromas of rose, violet, redcurrant, cherry and juniper berry, with a hint of licorice. On the palate it is juicy, with fine tannins and balanced acidity, closing with a persistent and savory finish. Ideal with tomato-based dishes, such as pappa al pomodoro, or with more substantial dishes such as spaghetti with lentil ragù.
