Riecine Chianti Classico Riserva 2021

​The Chianti Classico Riserva 2021 by Riecine is a pure Sangiovese, coming from organic vineyards located in Gaiole in Chianti, on limestone and clay soils at 450-500 meters above sea level. The vines, aged between 25 and 45 years, are grown with certified organic methods. The manual harvest involves a double selection of the grapes, in the vineyard and on a vibrating table. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in non-vitrified Nomblot cement tanks, with 15-day maceration. It is then aged for 24 months in exhausted tonneaux and large Grenier oak barrels, followed by 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale. It has a bright ruby ​​red color, offering fine floral and raspberry notes on the nose. On the palate it is juicy, with well-integrated tannins and acidity, showing elegance and structural finesse.
