Caiarossa Air 2016

L'Aria di Caiarossa 2016 is a Toscana IGT produced by Caiarossa, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and a small percentage of Grenache. The hand-picked grapes are vinified separately in conical wooden vats and concrete tanks, with slow fermentations and delicate extractions. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for approximately 13 months in French oak barriques. It has a deep ruby ​​color; on the nose, it offers a broad and rich bouquet, with hints of blackberry, blueberry, spice, chocolate, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a velvety texture that reflects the expression of the volcanic soils of the vineyards on Monte di Nocolino.
