Barbaresco Rizzi Pajore 2021

Barbaresco Pajorè 2021 is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on calcareous soils in the Pajorè cru, in Treiso. After fermentation in cement and a long maceration, it ages for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. It has a bright garnet color, aromas of cherry, rose and fine spices. On the palate it is elegant, with silky tannins, balanced freshness and long persistence.
