Barbaresco Rizzi Pajore 2021

The Rizzi Winery, founded in 1974 by Ernesto Dellapiana, is a historic landmark in the heart of the Langhe, with a deep tradition of producing great Piedmontese red wines. The 2021 Barbaresco Pajorè is a refined expression of the Nebbiolo grape, reflecting the excellence of the Pajorè cru in Treiso. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, the wine offers complex and layered aromas, ranging from red berries to spicy notes of clove and mineral notes. On the palate, it is elegant, with a solid structure and velvety tannins that evolve into a long, persistent finish.
