Burlotto 2023 Alba Barbera

From the historic GB Burlotto winery, the 2023 Barbera d'Alba is a lively and fruity expression of this classic Piedmontese grape. Made from 100% Barbera grapes and with an alcohol content of 14%, it is aged for approximately 8-9 months in large Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. It offers intense aromas of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, and a light spicy note. On the palate, it is fresh and direct, with a pleasant acidity that makes it perfect for everyday dining. It pairs beautifully with cured meats, savory pasta dishes, and white meats.
