Domaine de Miselle is a small family-run winery that grows Chardonnay in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. This 2024 Chardonnay has an alcohol content of 13% and is aged in stainless steel. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and a touch of floral notes. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with pleasant acidity and a smooth finish. It pairs perfectly with appetizers, seafood, and fresh cheeses.
