Ebrius Cantina Valle del Sole 2021

From the Valle del Sole winery, located in Lucca, the 2021 Ebrius is an organic red wine that perfectly expresses the purity of pure Sangiovese. With an alcohol content between 13.5% and 14%, the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and ages for 6 months in concrete and 12 months in French oak barrels. On the nose, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of red fruits, plums, a balsamic touch, and hints of cocoa and coffee. On the palate, it is enveloping, with elegant, velvety tannins and a long finish. It pairs perfectly with roasts, game, and stews.
