From the young and promising Gorelli winery, a family-run business born from the passion of Daniele Gorelli, a renowned winemaker and sommelier, this 2018 Brunello is a highly elegant and pure expression of Sangiovese Grosso. Located near the renowned Montosoli cru, the winery has masterfully harnessed the potential of a cooler vintage, resulting in wines with a classic profile and vibrant freshness, perfectly expressing the varietal.

Made from pure Sangiovese grapes and with an alcohol content of 14.5%, the wine ages for approximately 24 months in large oak barrels. On the nose, it presents a delicate yet complex bouquet of cherry, underbrush, floral notes of rose, and a spicy, balsamic touch. On the palate, it is taut and enveloping, with fine, well-integrated tannins and a lively acidity that lends it a lively drinkability and excellent longevity. The finish is persistent, leaving an impression of great harmony and refinement. It pairs perfectly with roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
