Gorelli Red Montalcino 2021

The Rosso di Montalcino 2021 by Giuseppe Gorelli is a red wine obtained from Sangiovese grapes grown on clay soils in Montalcino. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place partly in wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel. The wine ages for approximately 9 months in 50 hectoliter barrels. It has an intense ruby ​​red color. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe berries with light balsamic notes. On the palate, an initial sweetness is balanced by a lively acidity, with a harmonious and persistent finish.
