Percarlo 2019 San Giusto a Rentennano sangiovese

The Percarlo 2019 by San Giusto a Rentennano is a red wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes, carefully selected from the best company vineyards, with a yield of approximately 0.8 kg per plant. Fermentation takes place in cement and steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days. Subsequently, the wine ages for 22 months in French oak barriques, followed by aging in the bottle for 18 months. It has an intense ruby ​​red color; on the nose it offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and floral notes. On the palate it is structured, elegant, with well-integrated tannins and a long persistence.
