From the legendary Tenuta San Guido, a Bolgheri icon and creator of the Super Tuscan concept, this 2013 Sassicaia in a magnum format is an expression of elegance, complexity, and aging potential. The 2013 vintage was distinguished by its perfect climatic balance, which produced ripe grapes with vibrant acidity, resulting in a wine that is already harmonious yet has a solid structure destined for decades of development. The magnum format, in particular, favors slower aging and greater aromatic complexity.

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, with an alcohol content of 13.5%, the wine has been aged for 24 months in French oak barriques. It presents a layered bouquet of black cherry, berries, tobacco, graphite, cedar, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is powerful yet refined and elegant, with dense yet smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness that ensures a long evolution over time.
