Sassicaia 2021 Bolgheri

Tenuta San Guido's Sassicaia 2021 is a highly prestigious Bolgheri DOC, composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Cabernet Franc (15%). The grapes ripen in vineyards at 100-300 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils rich in galestro. After 24 months of aging in French barriques, it presents itself with an intense purple red color, aromas of cherry, berries and balsamic notes. On the palate it is elegant, with silky tannins and a long persistence.
