Deaf Gabutti Barolo 2019

Giovanni Sordo's Barolo DOCG Gabutti 2019 is a still red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the Gabutti cru, located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. 2019 was a year characterized by a cold and rainy winter, followed by a cool spring and a hot summer, with the harvest taking place between the end of September and the beginning of October. The wine has an intense garnet red color. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet with notes of ripe cherry, plum, tobacco, leather and light nuances of sweet spices. On the palate it is structured, with firm but elegant tannins, good acidity and a long aromatic persistence.
